Common Sense Media Age: 17+ Sex 5/5 Language 5/5 Drinking/Drugs 3/5
My Age Recommendation: 17+ (Due to strong sexual content, frequent graphic nudity throughout, strong language throughout, and frequent underage drinking).
I was bored one day and saw that this movie was free on Pluto TV for a week. I remember hearing about this movie's 'infamous scene' and I decided to watch it. Needless to say, this movie was not that great. The story follows a group of friends in their senior year of high school and they are all virgins. They make a pact that by the end of the senior prom dance, they would all get laid and not be virgins going into college. The group quickly tries to ask others who have had sex for advice, and this does prompt Jim (one of the guys in the group) to do unspeakable things to an apple pie. As the year goes on, the group realizes that their pact may not happen, as some people have given up while others have girlfriends, but they do not want to have sex. Can the guys fulfill their pact? Let me say, this movie is hilarious, but that's about it. I was not watching this movie expecting the story to be good, so it comes as no surprise that the story (obviously) is horrible with no structure and no execution, and the character dialogue is also bad for the most part. There are some good sex-positive dialogue talks towards the end between one of the main characters and his girlfriend, but that's about it. The characters themselves are hilarious and I will admit I was laughing for a good bit during this movie. Overall, this movie is funny but definitely not rewatchable!
