If you have been following my reviews for the past few years, you know how much I like the John Wick series. Naturally when I found out right after watching John Wick 3 that 4 was confirmed, I was extremely happy and could not wait. Now the wait is finally over and the epic conclusion to the John Wick series is here! The story picks up right after the events of the last one where he survived the insane bounty placed on him and he is now excommunicated from Continental Services. With Winston's Continental Hotel being destroyed after he broke the rules by helping John Wick, he offers the high table a choice that would save both Winston and John: duel the Hightable and the person alive gets their way. With John Wick accepting, the Hightable Marquee in charge of dueling him sets a higher bounty on John Wick, hoping to kill him off before he can make it to the dueling grounds. Can John Wick survive long enough to make it to his final chance at survival? Let me say, this was amazing to watch. Visually, this movie was the most stunning one of them all, especially with the fighting locations. My personal favorite had to be the water night-club which added a deadlier element to that entire fight sequence. Another plus, and this is the same with all the John Wick movies, are the amazing fight sequences and choreography. The choreography in this movie was definitely a step up from the previous ones, with longer fight scenes and more hand-to-hand combat sequences seeming to be the main focus of this film. I loved the new characters brought into this movie, and rumor has it that some of them will get their own spin-off movie in the near future, so I cannot wait for those! Overall, this was an amazing John Wick movie with good characters, an amazing story, and outstanding over-the-top action!
